Install

  • Open (double-click) the downloaded .dmg file
  • Drag the SimpleMind icon to Applications.
  • Eject the .dmg by clicking the eject button in the Sidebar.
  • Check New Features and Video Tutorials

New Users

  • Use Finder to delete SimpleMind Trial.app from Applications. This will not delete your mind maps.
  • Run SimpleMind and use the license information as sent in the delivery email to activate SimpleMind and complete the installation.

Mind Map Explorer

In SimpleMind 2 the Mind Map Explorer is disabled by default and each mind map is opened in its own window.

You may optionally enable a directory based Mind Map Explorer and open all mind maps in the same window. Enable this via Preferences - General Options and check in Application style: Single window with Explorer.
